Further Comments
- Karpov is a genius mix of positional and tactical play!
- Capablanca is an endgame genius! And he thrives on simplicity.
- Endgame rule - Do Not Hurry!
- I spend more time on Openings than any other study.
- I've deliberately skipped the Caro Kan chapter of the KIA. This is to allow me smooth transitions, having done French & Sicilian, I'll go to the Reversed Kings Indian
Finally, at least I have come up with my own approach / technique to the game (focused on avoiding mistakes and blunders). I'll create time and try it out this week, and share the annotated games..
