Day 3

 3rd session

- 30 to 60 mins Encylopedia of Chess Combinations (Blockade - Hard)

- 60 mins King's Indian Attack: Move by Move by Neil McDonald

Good sessions (probably because am studying my opening, and I didn't play a game :-))

Am a bit pleased with how I handled the hard exercises

What's interesting?

 1st Session

  • Nice calculations! The last one got me though, I think i was tired, but no excuse
  • Still trying to find the blockade :-) :-) , these are pure tactics. Beautiful though
2nd Session

  • Feeling at home
  • Feels so good to learn the opening after having gone through it before. I'll understand it deeper and deeper and get more familiar with the setups and variations
  • I want to become a KIA expert.
  • Since I don't sweat studying the KIA, I'll probably continue with it in the course of the day (lunch & tea breaks)

End of day 3
